For my regular readers this is the day after Karen's birthday. If you have not done so you can head on over to the main part of my blog to see the entry for Karen's birthday. I gave her four big presents this year so I hope she appreciates all of the attention that I give her. She is the girl of my dreams so I can give her anything I want. To celebrate her birthday I went to the racetrack and visited the casino. That is why I am showing you the FraserDowns Racetrack and Casino picture above. I only went to the casino because a couple of my friends phoned up, other wise I would not go near a casino. Remember, the Meadowlands in New Jersey will not be starting up until January next year.

Getting ready for the snow that is supposed to be coming. That will certainly make the job more interesting of course. It is hard to make money in the courier business though, especially with all of the cars on the road and all of the slowdowns that go with snow in this region. You can check out the webcams above to see our City and have a look at current weather conditions and the forecast as well.

I remember when I was a late teenager and in my early twenties. My friend and I used to go to McDonald's all the time and throw our garbage out of our car windows after we finished eating. On each side of the car would be a huge pile of garbage. That is how we got our jollies in those days. Now, my friend who is now quite a respectable citizen would still laugh at that behaviour. And, I know he would. That is just the way we were when we were kids. So, that is why I took the snap with the McDonald's garbage scattered all over the street. The snap was taken near downtown White Rock. That brought back some great memories.

The other thing I want to mention today is the fact that I actually do have a couple of friends left. This is in spite of all of my commentary that you may have read indicating something different. I got the Christmas card below just a couple of days ago. This means that people are still thinking about me and willing to send me a card. This is the second card that I got in the mail. Why, I bet you that some people do not get even one card. See, I am not so objectionable after all am I? Have a nice day and I hope everyone is getting set up for the Holidays.
